What is a cloud managed service provider?
A cloud service provider is a third-party company which offers cloud-based application, platform, infrastructure and/or storage services. It’s akin to a utility company in that you only pay for the services you use (usage based fees). A cloud managed service provider bundles your cloud services along with the support you need to keep it optimized and secure into a managed services agreement.
